When are KEYS received?
Platinum members will receive two KEYS once they collect 1,200 Qpoints for the year.
Who can use KEYS?
The main member and a nominated family member, or two nominated family members.
How are KEYS used?
Platinum members can contact our agents, who will gladly make the booking using KEYS.

To make the most of KEYS, take note of the different types of awards you can choose from:
Classic award
To book a classic award, you must have at least 50% of the Avios needed. For example, if you need 10,000 Avios, you must have at least 5,000 Avios. The rest can be paid in cash.
Flexi award
The flexi award option is a good alternative when classic awards are not available. It enables you to book your preferred flight for more Avios than a classic award flight.
Award upgrade
